How I Knew I Came For Simplicity

I live in the awareness that my little stint here on planet earth was meant to be simple. Easy. Effortless. Uncomplicated. Casual. Down to earth. No frills. Laid back. It’s who I am.

There are a lot of things in the “spiritual world” that feels cumbersome to me, so I’ve never been drawn to them. I often say “I just like to travel light while I’m here.”

If I’m headed out of town, for example, I have no crystals to pack, no spiritual card decks to stack and pack, no essential oils, no herbs, no incense and sage to burn, no drums, chants, altars, rituals, mantras, guided meditations, etc. etc. etc.

I travel light. I pack one thing. Me. 🙂 Somewhere deep within me, I’ve always known that I AM all that I need to experience everything I came here to experience. I guess the soul that decided to come do this little “Allison” dance just didn’t sign up for all the other stuff.

Every so often, I’m asked how come I don’t talk these topics so here goes…

Ego: Well see here’s the thing… earthlings made up that label. Hey, that’s cool. Then we got all scared that we had an ego, felt like we must stomp it out and defeat it or we’re seriously doomed to a life of utter misery.  The ego became a big hairy monster spiritual folks are trying to fight off every single blesSED day. Me? Eh… I’m more like this… “I have thoughts that serve me and thoughts that don’t and I get to choose which ones to dance with when they show up.” Period.

Crystals, crystal healing, crystal cleansing, herbs, essential oils:  All of this is pretty cool for those who resonate.  Rather than looking for different types or crystals or essential oils or herbs to heal, I resonate most with directly connecting with the light, the love and the Source that I am… and… voila! Either the answer or the path to the answer arises.  

If I need to cleanse, invigorate or change the atmosphere of my energy, the energy around me, the energy in a room, or my vibe, quite honestly, I simply take a walk out in nature…. sit in stillness and bliss out… remember who I truly am.  Voila! Changed. Simplicity.

Spiritual Card decks:  Again, this is pretty cool for some beings on planet earth.  For me, if I wanna receive an answer or get clarity, direction, guidance, I simply tune in vibrationally.  I tune into my angels, my guides, my God, my Source, my Higher Self, my Inner Being (or whatever labels we humans choose).  I simply tune in, have conversations with the Divine Beings who agreed to hang out with me during this incarnation, and I hear guidance. Clarity. Simplicity.

Chakras: To me, the model of chakras offers a beautiful and brilliant human attempt to explain the energy beings that we are. I am aware that we are each unique expressions of Infinite Intelligence.  Therefore, I live in the awareness that every cell in our body is energy such that no chart on planet earth could possibly represent the magnificence of our being.

While I truly admire the brilliance of the chakra world, that level of complexity has never resonated for me.  Alas, truth be told, I remain chakra-clueless. I couldn’t name them if you asked me.  No clue what they do.  Wait, do they DO something?  No clue.  Never paid enough attention. I just wake up and live in bliss, and all kinda high energy flows up and down whateva “chakras” I got going on. 🙂

Energy healing, energy cleansing or other energy modalities: Beautiful experiences for some and I have clients that do amazing work in this area. Me? I heal via the simplicity of alignment with the perspective of Source.

I’m pretty certain I cleanse all kinda energy simply via blissing out under the stars at night, or sitting out on my deck cloud-gazing during the daytime, or shakin’ my booty to the beat. Energy’s hella cleansed by the twinkling stars! Healed by da booty shakin’ medicine baby! 🙂  That said, I do appreciate the plethora of vibrational aids that exist for us to tap into our innate ability to heal ourselves.  At times I send love, light, and healing energy to others and it’s a pretty awesome feeling.

Clearing energy “blocks:” For me, I don’t ever see anyone as blocked in any way. We’re either in alignment with the perspective of Source/Infinite Intelligence, or we get all funky in our vibe when we’re not. Life is that simple to me. I return to remembering who I truly am and…. voila! Unblocked!  Boom shakala! 🙂

Astrology readings/charts/signs: It’s an interesting pathway for some. I just sit on my bed at night and connect with my angels, my divine team to know whassup for my life. Not to mention, I know I’m in complete vibrational control of whatever my future holds. So, I already know all my charts say… it sez “Ya gonna have a blast in this damn lifetime!” Boom! Done. 🙂

Sun sign, moon sign, rising sign: Dude…. bruh… girlfriend…. sistah… I seriously have no clue.  I just go by “Allison.”  Simply the ONE I was created to be. Beautifully multi-faceted in my being like all humans beings are.  No signs and labels required.  I love the moon and the sun tho! Just sayin’.  🙂

Numerology: Yep, I still see 11:11 and all those numerical synchronicities. It’s now the norm for me. I have no desire to chase interpretations and meanings. Yo…simplicity.  🙂   To me, all the numbers have one meaning – “You’re in alignment girlfriend! Have a hella blast with ya lil magnificent self here on planet earth.”   You’re welcome.  🙂

Getting “readings”: Helpful to many I’m sure. Me? I kinda always knew I could connect directly to Source for whatever guidance I desire. Having 2-way conversations with my Divine Team has been a part of who I am for over a couple decades now. So that’s kinda how I flow for receiving divine guidance. Just connect. Simplicity.

I also do not give readings.  When folks show up in my world, we just hang out with my Divine Team.  I share the telepathic conversation that’s arising, and we’re all in the same energetic space enjoying the mutual communication that is naturally arising and the beautiful messages that are flowing.

In conclusion: I often sit in tremendous appreciation and celebration of all the colorful experiences that exist on this planet. We’re each here doing precisely what we came to do. And we’re drawn to whatever is a match to the experiences we came here to have. Just choose whatever resonates most for you boo.  And allow everyone else to choose whatever resonates for them as well.

In my own human experience, much of the above feel like vibrational aids.  A “thing” to use which then allows us to tap into and activate the ever-present innate power within… placebos if you will.  And they work. For sure.  That which we believe must become our reality.

Heck, even my own adventures in the world (creating videos, audios, events, private sessions, emails, etc.), has a placebo effect. Causing us to tap into our ability to access our innate power… to remember who we truly are… to bring us into alignment with the powerful, eternal, indestructible beings we truly and inherently are.

Some of us came to earth to explore a whole lotta vibrational aids.  Hey, have a blast!  Some of us came to skip the vibrational aids/placebos, and explore direct access to our innate power.  Some of us came to explore both at different times while we’re here.  

It’s all fine. Life is a theme park! Hop onto whatever ride feels resonant.  No experience is better than another.  Just different.  We’re each here exploring different aspects of human existence in whatever ways our souls wanted to express.  So rock YOU boo! 🙂

For me, I wake up each day thrilled to be frolicking in the meadows of radically simple spirituality. No frills. No gizmos. No rituals. No charts. No gadgets. Just doing the uncomplicated, casual, fun-lovin’, laid back ol‘ me. It’s all I got. And it’s precisely who I came here to be. If that changes at some point in my lifetime, and I resonate with some kinda gizmo, hey, I’m sure I’ll have a blast with that too.  🙂
